Refund Policy

1. Overview

We understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for the Divine Connections: Servants of Allah retreat.

2. Refund Schedule

Refund eligibility is determined by the date your refund request is received relative to the Retreat start date (August 15, 2025):

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@divineconnections.ca with:

  • Your full name (as registered)
  • Your registration email address
  • The reason for your cancellation (optional)
Refund requests are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

4. Refund Method

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments (Stripe): Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Interac e-Transfer Payments: Refunds will be issued via Interac e-Transfer to the email address on file.

5. Registration Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible individual at any time before the Retreat, at no additional cost. To arrange a transfer, email support@divineconnections.ca with:

  • Your full name and registration email
  • The full name and email of the person taking your place
The replacement attendee must complete their own registration details and agree to all policies.

6. Tier Changes

If you wish to change your registration tier (e.g., from Standard to Premium):

  • Upgrade: You may upgrade at any time, subject to availability. You will be charged the price difference.
  • Downgrade: Downgrades are permitted up to 15 days before the Retreat. The difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

7. Event Cancellation by Organizers

In the unlikely event that the Retreat is cancelled by Divine Connections:

  • All registered attendees will receive a full refund (100%) regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation announcement.
  • We will make every effort to provide as much advance notice as possible.

8. Partial Attendance

No refunds or partial refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, or missed sessions.

9. Exceptions

We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise (e.g., medical emergencies, family emergencies). If you believe your situation warrants an exception to this policy, please contact us at support@divineconnections.ca. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
