Divine Connections Retreat

Dates: July 31 - August 3, 2026 Venue: Mansfield Outdoor Centre, 937365 Airport Rd, Mulmur, ON L9V 3T6

1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge and understand that participation in the Divine Connections Retreat involves physical activities such as hiking, sports, outdoor games, and general outdoor exposure, which may pose inherent risks of injury, illness, or accidents.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless the Divine Connections Retreat organizers, volunteers, staff, and Mansfield Outdoor Centre from any and all liability for injuries, losses, damages, or illnesses, including exposure to communicable diseases, arising from my participation.

3. Insurance Disclosure

I understand that the Divine Connections Retreat does not provide individual health, accident, or liability insurance coverage. Participants are responsible for their own insurance needs.

4. COVID-19 Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that participation in a group event carries the risk of exposure to contagious diseases, including COVID-19, and I accept this risk voluntarily.

Declaration

By accepting this Waiver during registration, I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms outlined in this waiver form.

For participants under 18, a parent or guardian must accept this waiver on the participant's behalf during registration.
